Our organic intégral bread is particularly wholesome. Made using only three ingredients, namely, organic stone ground whole wheat flour, filtered water and sea salt, the dough is kneaded only slightly, resulting in a lesser degree of oxidation. A source of fibre, this bread has a dense crumb that holds together well.
